Below are the features of the upcoming OS from Android N.
» Split screen and multiple windows: Multi-window and split screen, with the addition of native stylus inputs. Greater phones and tablets would really be helpful with this.
» Messaging standard similar to iMessages for Android
» Native stylus support
» Standard Android Stylus support and open source 3rd party and app development: Like adding a small button where the gum would be and use this to switch on the phone or activate a notes app or black screen for direct notes and just save to drive automatic. The stylus support would be great alone and it would open to third-party apps such as Evernote things to do things as well.
» Controls in the heads-up notifications (such as a text box for replying to texts directly from the notification)
» Google Now Launcher (API so 3rd party launchers Google Now can put on the leftmost screen)
» API-screen gestures
» Forcing touch support
» Dark UI mode (and switch based on time of day)
» More quickly switch
» Icon badge support
» Dynamic icon API
» CyanogenMod many functions (again quicktoggle pulldown, navigation arrow keys when typing, Live Display, DPI switcher)
» With native backup and sync with Google Drive and whatnot. That would be powerful. And again. Push to take all OEMs. No third party apos; for it is usually harder to move someone off of their own SMS / MMS app. I always use Google messenger and some use hangouts. But you never know. Its construction in would be a game changer.
