There are some other blogging platform which you can use to start up a blog such as Wordpress and some others.But today am going to show you how to create a blog in blogspot platform.
Blogspot allows you to create a blog for free.Blogspot is a blogging platform owned by Google, it gives you an opportunity to start a blog for free without paying a dime.

This tutorial is dedicated to all the "BEGINNERS" who are new into blogging and desire to learn the easy steps on how to get started.
Steps On How To Create A Free Blog On Blogspot
Firstly Goto Blogspot.com and sign in using your Google Account(GMAIL) and if you don't have you can create one.
When you sign in, Since its your first time you will be given an option to use your Google+ profile identity or your limited blogger profile. But i recommend you use your Google+ Profile.
After you have signed in, click on "NEW BLOG."

A new page will show up, in the first box include the name or title of your blog and fill up the second box with the name of your blog and click on any template you want(you can change it anytime you wish), and click on "Create Blog."
Now your blog has been created but you don't have to stop here. You have to do some little settings on your newly created Blogspot Blog.
Now you are on your Blogspot blog dashboard and from there you can navigate to "Settings" and make few changes to your blog and you can also Create new post by clicking on "New Post" and start writing your very first blog post.

You can also Click on "Pages" and create pages such as About Us which describes you and what your blog stands for, and some other pages such as: contact us, privacy policy, e.t.c
You can upload a custom logo by clicking on "Layout" and click edit beside where you see your blog name and upload your logo and save.
Once you start writing and you have got some few posts on your blog, you can goto "Settings > Earnings > Adsense" and signup for an adsense account. With this it enables you to make an income from your blog.
